We value everyone and take care of them well -- especially during the pandemic. It could have been difficult to collaborate and communicate in such a scenario, but Algorand has been very supportive. Support in terms of technology, office supplies, sending things to homes, snacks, many accommodations -- these many small, seemingly insignificant things go a long way.

Given the nature of our profession, it is easy to get comfortable with the job but also be stressed. At Algorand, it is the opposite. I am not comfortable, I am constantly pushed beyond my comfort zone, because I am doing new things and learning new technologies all the time. But I am not stressed, you see. Algorand is unique, especially for a startup, because it has a culture that promotes professional growth, without stressing you out.
